7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Return requests should be made as soon as possible after receiving the product. E-MERJ Industrial Online may request the order number, photos, packaging information and the reason for the return before confirming the next step.

Returns may be affected by:

  • Whether the original packaging, accessories and manuals are included.
